The shared tea ceremonies with my partner Lea have their roots in countless hours of shared silence. It has become our steadfast ritual to meet in silence, drink tea together, and, carried by meditation, delve into reflection. We are continually amazed by how much closer this ritual brings us. And from this feeling arises the desire to involve others in it.
Khum Nara Tea Ceremony with Music by Lea Valentina
A meditative journey inward, a silent space of encounter, a melodic journey through multiple tea infusions.
Michael will pour well-aged Puerh tea with dedication and serenity using the Gong Fu method during our tea and sound ceremony. The tea grounds us, and Michael’s love for this ancient tradition is directly transmitted as he prepares the tea ceremoniously and pours it in several rounds. During the initial tea infusions, we will encounter each other in silence and immerse ourselves in deep meditation.
Lea Valentina will then fill the space with her music. Using various instruments and vocals, she invites you to be carried away by the sounds and to give room to all feelings. We open ourselves to everything that is currently present and find stillness in our noisy world. We gift ourselves with peace, allowing us to feel our true essence.
Many tears of emotion have already been shed as we have encountered each other in these spaces, which is why it is important for us to share our passion for tea and music with you. Our ceremony is limited to only 10 participants, creating an intimate atmosphere. We warmly invite you to join us.
The next Tea & Sound Ceremony will take place on 30.12.23 in Munich. It is themed around the year’s closure. Just before the chapter of 2023 concludes, we wish to gather in silence once more, drink precious tea together, and let our hearts be filled with Lea Valentina’s melodies. We start at 11:00 am at Fallstraße 26 in 81369 Munich.

Tea & Gong’ is a project that is very dear to me. Kevin and I share a deep, long-standing friendship, and it’s truly wonderful when he brings the sound of his self-made gongs to life. Connecting the Gong Bath with the tea ceremony was a natural choice because both tea and gongs have their origins in Asia.
Reflection for the end of 2023
Together, we want to gather for a Tea & Gong Ceremony at the year’s end, taking time for our personal year-end review. The tea will ground us, while the gong play may give us wings.
Let’s immerse ourselves together, looking at the Japanese garden and allowing the sounds of the gong to carry us away.
